ALL the Articles in the 1940's section were saved and donated by Charles Brookwell, Class of 1949 and WRSU First General Manager. 

All Members Past and Present owe a debt of gratitude to Mr. Brookwell and his staff for pushing forward and making WRSU - Rutgers University Radio a reality.

These clips showed that WRSU almost did not come to be. Only hard work, and perseverance made it happen. WRSU would also like to thank the Rutgers Targum for documenting WRSU beginning days. Today, it is the only reminder of those days.
