Brought back lots of memories.  Mark Chernoff was part of the Bob Berman class. 

I was year later in the Mark Greenberg group.  The thing I remember about Mark Chernoff was he did the morning shift.  My class hated mornings.  I forget the complete lineup, but evenings included Fred Zimmer and Fred Weissman.  I was Friday night, right before Jim Corre.  I
filled in for Chernoff once and never did it again.  Mornings just didn't work for me.  I managed to have an entire career that never required morning drive.

This September will mark my 50th anniversary of starting at WRSU.  I remember visiting the station as a high school senior and meeting Dave Levine and a bunch of others.  They had just moved into the student center a year or two before.  The paint still smelled fresh.  The equipment was new.  They told me they'd applied for an FM license.  It took two years to clear all the legal paperwork.  Amazing.  Thanks for the trip down memory lane!
